These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak789 ("pak789", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pak789 online gaming information platform accessible at https://pak789.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

pak789 operates as an English-language online gaming information and educational resource targeting users in Pakistan. We provide guides, reviews, news and educational content relating to online casino games, sports betting, payment methods and responsible gambling. We do not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and do not claim authorisation, approval or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use or access the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — means the pak789 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://pak789.cam.
• "User" / "you" — means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" — means the registered user profile created on the Platform by submitting a valid registration application.

• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total bet volume that must be completed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to operate and withdraw from an account.
• "AML" — means Anti-Money Laundering — regulatory compliance obligations applicable to financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" — means all content, trademarks, software, graphics, text, data and related rights owned by or licensed to pak789.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion functionality available within account settings.
• "Force Majeure" — means any event outside the reasonable control of pak789 including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks or internet outages.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing pages, creating an account, participating in any game or promotion, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in this Agreement shall apply equally to that entity.

To register an account and access the full Services of pak789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not a compulsive gambler, nor have you been instructed by a healthcare professional to refrain from gambling;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or for any unlawful purpose;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or had an account closed by pak789 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of pak789 or any associated operator entity.

Regarding Pakistan specifically: you understand and acknowledge that gambling is subject to restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The fact that you are 18 years of age or older does not alone make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location before participating.

To register an Account on pak789, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is true, current and complete at the time of submission, and that you will maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, IP addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pak789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.2 KYC Verification

Following registration, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before depositing, playing or withdrawing. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — both sides;
• Proof of residential address dated within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence);
• A selfie or liveness check photograph holding your identity document;
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (where required by AML controls).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party, share account access or permit any other person to use your Account.

pak789 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pak789 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately via the contact details in Section 18 of this Agreement.

You agree to notify pak789 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pak789 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, except where such losses arise directly from our negligence.

Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times. In addition, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game, promotion, odds or system on the Platform;
• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, spiders or other tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing or any form of corrupt practice in connection with any game or betting market;
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that could constitute a money-laundering offence;
• Transmit any virus, malware, spyware or other harmful code to or through the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or goodwill of pak789 or any associated entity.

pak789 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to suspend or permanently close an Account where a breach is confirmed. In cases involving financial irregularities or criminal conduct, pak789 may refer the matter to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.

8.1 General Payment Conditions

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in your Account cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated at any time at pak789's discretion.

8.2 Accepted Payment Methods

pak789 may support various payment channels, which are listed in the cashier section of your Account. Payment method availability may vary by user location and account status. The following payment references are provided as educational context only — their availability must be confirmed in your cashier before initiating any transaction:

• Mobile wallets — including, but not limited to, Easypaisa and JazzCash (subject to provider terms and availability);
• Instant bank transfers via Raast or direct bank transfer from institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah (subject to bank terms and availability);
• Debit or credit cards (subject to issuing bank approval — note that many Pakistani banks block gambling merchant codes);
• Cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT where supported (subject to network conditions and operator support).

8.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion, outstanding wagering requirement fulfilment and AML review. pak789 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Typical processing windows are indicated in the cashier but may vary subject to volume, verification status and payment-method characteristics.

8.4 Currency

Transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies as displayed in your Account settings. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction plus any applicable conversion fee.

pak789 may offer bonuses, free-play credits, reload promotions, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified Account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. New-player welcome bonuses are available once per customer, household, IP address and device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum stake per bet applies while a bonus is active. Stakes exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are stated in individual promotion terms.

10.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are subject to the specific betting rules and market conditions applicable at the time a bet is placed. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the operator's event settlement rules. pak789 accepts no liability for bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided or settled unexpectedly due to circumstances outside our control.

10.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. pak789 is not liable for bets placed on the basis of incorrect understanding of live odds or market conditions.

10.3 Obvious Errors

pak789 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, technical fault or human data-entry error. The determination of whether an error is manifest rests with pak789 in its sole reasonable discretion, applied consistently.

pak789 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, controlled gaming environment. We provide a range of tools designed to help you manage your gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within your Account settings;
• Loss Limits — Set maximum net loss thresholds for defined periods;
• Session Time Limits — Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during an active session;
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporary account deactivation for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanent or long-term account closure available on request from the support team at any time.

All responsible gambling limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content published on the pak789 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software, data compilations, audio, video and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak789 or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not authorise you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or sell any Platform content without prior written consent from pak789;
• Use pak789's trademarks, logos or branding in any manner without prior written approval;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website or application;
• Modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software.

Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted in this section are reserved by pak789. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak789 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance or Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, content or data published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to or use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Losses resulting from gambling activity, whether conducted through the Platform or any third-party operator.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak789 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its content.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by pak789 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pak789 processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, fulfil KYC and AML obligations, and provide customer support. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak789 is incorporated and operates under its applicable licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you are reminded that gambling activities may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. These Terms do not supersede applicable Pakistani law. This section does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding your legal obligations under Pakistani law and any other applicable law.

pak789 reserves the right to revise, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, subject to the following notification procedure:

• Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent in-Platform notice;
• The effective date and last-updated date will be displayed at the top of this page;
• Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 17 below.

17.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met, or active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified balances remaining after bonus forfeiture and any applicable administrative deductions will be returned to you via a verified payment method.

17.2 Closure by pak789

pak789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, without prior notice, in the event that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• You have created multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• pak789 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

17.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a responsible gambling tool and constitutes a binding request to restrict your access to the Platform.
